Come join us! ⭐Your mission will be...As a Platform Ecosystem Manager (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the growth, scalability, and evolution of our platform-based ecosystem. You will serve as Product Owner for 'Factory Digitalization Solution Platform' and 'Cloud Service Catalogue', driving the scale of IT/OT services and Cloud services as part of Siemens Production IT and Cloud strategy. You will also lead Factory Digitalization and Cloud communities within Siemens IT, ensuring the effective sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in to achieve Siemens-wide scale and impact.

Product Ownership: Harness the power of APIs and AI to build and continuously extend and improve two impactful platforms that transform Siemens at scale towards IT/OT convergence and cloudification.
Ecosystem Expansion: Lead the expansion of platform's reach into additional business domains such as Real Estate, R&D, etc.
Project Management: Utilize your expertise in project management to oversee the development of the releases, and scaling of the platform, ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently.
Community Building: Foster communities and facilitate effective communication strategies to enhance the visibility and adoption of the platforms as well as of our Siemens-wide IT & OT services. Lead our cross-organizational Factory Digitalization community and ensure the engagement of the community on Siemens product innovations, key strategic IT initiatives, as well as established IT & OT services.
Scaling and Rollout-Management: Spearhead methodologies to enable scaling and rollouts of re-usable services across our global Siemens factory, building and IT network. Act as a role-model of Siemens' transformation into ONE Tech Company.

We are looking for...

Education: Master degre in Economics, Informatics or Engineering
Experience & Skills

Proven experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Platform Economy
Proven experience in leading communities and moderating diverse rounds of innovators and business leaders
Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling platform ecosystems
Strong interest in IT technologies incl. API integration, AI, and scalable architecture
Visionary thinker capable of driving the scale of Siemens' IT/OT and cloud strategy
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
