- Client Support & Guidance: Provide professional and courteous assistance to Spanish-speaking consumers through incoming phone calls, emails, and chat. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, including questions about products, services, account management, and general support.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy, patience, and a strong focus on finding effective solutions. You will provide accurate, comprehensive information and troubleshoot issues to guarantee a positive outcome for the customer.
- Operational Excellence: Accurately and efficiently process customer inquiries and resolutions using various internal systems and tools. You will meticulously document all interactions within the CRM system, creating detailed records for future reference and a smooth workflow.
- Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our client's products and services to provide precise and timely information. You will stay continuously updated on any product changes, policies, and best practices to ensure every customer interaction is of the highest quality.
- Language Skills: Native-level or C2 proficiency in Spanish is an absolute must for effective communication with our customers. You must also have a minimum of B2 proficiency in English for internal communication, training, and collaborating with your international colleagues.
- Experience & Abilities: Previous experience in a customer service role is a definite asset, but it is not a prerequisite. We will provide extensive training to the right candidate who demonstrates the proper attitude, strong communication abilities, and a sincere eagerness to learn. You should have proven problem-solving capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Personal Qualities: A strong customer-first attitude with genuine empathy and a passion for helping people is crucial. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.
- Technical Aptitude: You should be tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to and navigate various internal systems, CRM software, and communication tools.
- Residency & Legal Status: You must be based in Lisbon and have EU citizenship or a valid legal permit to work in Portugal.
