  • Invoice orders based on technical report received;
  • Follow up on service orders not yet invoiced;
  • Maintain and update the work in progress file;
  • Close the orders to their final status;
  • Manage customer disputes received from the Cash Collector;
  • Report and escalate dispute issues to the Sales division in a timely manner;
  • Communicate and cooperate internally with Cash Collectors, Sales, Credit Management, Contact Business Units, and the Sales Department;
  • Participate in KPI trends analysis, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors, and problem solving;
  • Ensure Global and E2E compliance for activities performed by the team;
  • Execute internal controls of Oncall processes.
We are looking for someone with…
  • Degree/Experience in Sales, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar and/or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash;
  • Strong customer focused attitude with a commitment to quality and customer service;
  • Fluent in French or Dutch (minimum C2 level) and English;
  • SAP knowledge (Module SD and MM/FI, others will be a plus);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel);
  • Problem solving and fast thinking to help resolve daily management issues;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment with strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong work ethic.
