- Creation of learning/development programs for employees, from planning to deployment and reporting to management;
- Production of learning materials in English (manuals, presentations, flyers, etc.);
- Adaptation and translation of learning materials – from English to German;
- Coordination and production of virtual learning events via Microsoft Teams (masterclasses, webinars, Q&A, and individual guidance sessions), including the planning of tasks, resources, dependencies, and tracking of activities;
- Training and support (not technical) of employees to drive the successful adoption of applications and technologies;
- Collect feedback and input from employees;
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions;
- Collaboration with stakeholders all around the world, to capture methodologies and trends that can be reused;
- Answer training requests and manage requester needs for high service satisfaction.
- Great PowerPoint presentation design skills;
- Native-speaker level command of English and German with excellent presentation, writing and translation skills;
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a teaching position;
- Knowledge and enthusiasm about Microsoft 365 apps;
- Impressive communication and presentation skills;
- Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to effectively manage training schedules;
- Understanding of and passion for technology;
- Ability to translate technology into user benefits with a user-centric approach;
- Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team;
- Ability to communicate effectively to all IT end-user levels;
- Strategic and out-of-the-box thinking;
