- Monitoring Payment Patterns: Vigilantly watching for and identifying any fraudulent attempts.
- Dispute Resolution: Swiftly resolving illicit transactions.
- Daily Case Monitoring: Staying on top of new cases as they arise.
- Transaction Reversal: Reversing transactions associated with chargebacks and notifying developers about fraudulent transactions.
- Monthly Reporting: Compiling and presenting monthly reports on disputes and chargeback trends to the executive team.
- Customer Support: Assisting customers with payment issues related to fraud.
- Document Template Enhancement: Continuously improving templates for defense documents.
- Information Management Degree: Possessing an information management degree is required, and pursuing a Master's Degree in a similar area is a plus.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting user data.
- Effective Task Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Time Management: Demonstrated skill in meeting deadlines consistently.
