This IS Aptoide!🧩 Who you areOur dedicated Fraud Team is responsible for tirelessly monitoring and combating fraud across all Aptoide payment platforms. Our mission is clear: we aim to contribute to a healthier payment environment within the mobile ecosystem by identifying fraudulent patterns, developing risk assessment models, and resolving illicit transactions. If you possess an analytical mindset, a passion for combating fraudulent activities, and a desire to gain valuable experience in the mobile platform and marketplaces industry, we invite you to join our team!🎯 What are you going to do?As a member of our Fraud Team, you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring Payment Patterns: Vigilantly watching for and identifying any fraudulent attempts.
  • Dispute Resolution: Swiftly resolving illicit transactions.
  • Daily Case Monitoring: Staying on top of new cases as they arise.
  • Transaction Reversal: Reversing transactions associated with chargebacks and notifying developers about fraudulent transactions.
  • Monthly Reporting: Compiling and presenting monthly reports on disputes and chargeback trends to the executive team.
  • Customer Support: Assisting customers with payment issues related to fraud.
  • Document Template Enhancement: Continuously improving templates for defense documents.
⭐ What are we looking for?We're seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Information Management Degree: Possessing an information management degree is required, and pursuing a Master's Degree in a similar area is a plus.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting user data.
  • Effective Task Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated skill in meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Willingness and ability to work closely with other teams.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

⚙️ About our Recruitment ProcessRecruitment Steps:We want our Recruitment process to be as agile and fast as possible. Therefore we always try to take less than a week between all of the four stages below [less than 1 month]. * Application [20min]- This stage involves sharing your CV, Cover Letter (optional) and answering some culture related questions via video.
  • Phone Call [10min]- Our People Team will be doing a short call with you inviting you to a Technical Interview.
  • Technical Interview [1hour]- You'll be having a Technical Interview with our Hiring Managers.
