Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!The amazing you, will have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldd;
Up to 2 years of experience in a technical support or IT operations role;
Solid knowledge of Linux administration;
Experience with SQL for data analysis;
Familiarity with ITIL processes;
Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation;
Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or Kibana;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Open to a hybrid position in Lisbon.;
