The organisation is undergoing a major transformation driven by data, leveraging robust platforms such as data lakes, data warehouses and BI and data science environments to support strategic decision-making.Your New MissionAs the Technical Lead for the Data Observability & Quality platform, your mission will be to oversee the technical operations and ongoing evolution of the Sifflet tool. You will ensure data integrity, freshness and quality across the platform. The role involves working closely with technical and business teams, defining best practices, creating monitors, managing the development cycle of the platform and leading quality and adoption workshops with users.What You Need to be Successful

+ 5 years’ experience as a BI or Data Engineer with a strong focus on Data Quality
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Solid understanding of observability concepts in information systems
Good technical knowledge of databases, networking and APIs
Experience with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Jira/Confluence
Fluency in English
Analytical mindset, proactive, autonomous, dynamic and an excellent communicator
