As Europe’s leading digital platform for home cleaning services, we connect thousands of households with trusted, insured cleaning professionals.To support the growth of our business, we’re looking for a Lisbon-based CRM & Lifecycle Manager to execute and optimize our customer journeys, manage campaign builds, and keep our marketing operations running smoothly.Your MissionAs the Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your mission is to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Batmaid’s CRM strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving customer loyalty, increasing lifetime value (LTV), and ensuring seamless multi-channel communication. In close collaboration with the Growth and Content functions, you will also contribute to the broader marketing strategy with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.Your ResponsibilitiesCRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own the strategy, design, and execution of CRM campaigns (email, SMS, offline, and in-app) to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and manage lifecycle automations and relationship programs leverage our solution Bloomreach, supported by the CRM and Lifecycle manager.
- Implement A/B tests, track campaign performance, and iterate to improve impact.
- Design and report on key CRM KPIs, with a focus on LTV and cohort performance.
- Design, Build, test, and schedule automated and ad-hoc campaigns across all relevant customer segments.
- Collaborate with the brand and content team to ensure consistency across all customer-facing channels.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a content plan across all Batmaid communication channels (social media, emailing, website, offline, etc.).
- Coordinate the production of campaigns’ assets (advertising assets, HTML templates, images, videos).
- Contribute to the editorial calendar for newsletters, direct-to-consumer print campaigns, and in-app content.
- Execute the SEO strategy by managing a content plan that strengthens the organic visibility of the group’s digital ecosystem - Update on-page tags, titles and internal links; monitor keyword rankings and surface quick wins.
- 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing roles with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience managing marketing automation tools (Bloomreach, Braze, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Strong grasp of email strategy, cohort analysis, retention drivers, and testing frameworks.
- Comfortable with performance reporting, dashboards, and UTM/analytics hygiene.
- Hands-on with HTML/email templates, spreadsheets, and ad dashboards.
- Meticulous with deadlines, naming conventions, and data consistency.
- Curious, collaborative, and driven to improve customer experience across all touchpoints.
