For their multilingual hub in Portugal, they are looking to recruit German Customer Support Agents. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role.The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join the team of a well-known banking client. This is a service-oriented inbound role focused on delivering outstanding customer care. You will assist customers with inquiries related to bank partnerships, reward programs, and general account-related questions.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people, thrive in a structured environment, and are looking to build a career in the financial services or customer experience sector—all from the comfort of your home in Portugal.Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries in German via phone, email, or chat
Assist customers with reward program information, eligibility, and redemption
Provide accurate information about bank partnerships and associated offers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

Fluent German
Good command of English
Previous Customer Support experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and attention to details
