Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Dynamics 365 solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and define product requirements.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Conduct data-driven analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Engage with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather feedback and validate product direction.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Energy and Resources sector and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Energy and Resources sector
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications in the Energy and Resources industry
Proven track record of successfully managing complex product lifecycles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
Strategic thinking and ability to align product initiatives with business goals
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Experience with agile development methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
