
JUNIOR/MID Business Analyst - French Speaker

- Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders in Porto and Paris;
- Evaluate existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation;
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and functional specifications for development teams;
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and software engineers to ensure alignment between business and technology;
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against business expectations;
- Support project tracking, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope;
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development;
- Proficiency in writing functional specifications and producing technical documentation;
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum;
- Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) to visualize processes and requirements;
- Fluent in French (C1 - mandatory);
- Proficient in English (B2 - mandatory);
- Portuguese proficiency (C1 - preferred);
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
