- Fluency in French Language, C2 level.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level.
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
- Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status.
- Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
- Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making.
- Computer and Internet literate.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
