Group.Join our R&D team and help shape the future of digital parcel logistics. We are looking for an AI Expert to develop next-generation image-based recognition systems and intelligent control algorithms that will transform industrial automation across our global supply chain solutions.Your role:
- Take full ownership of AI-based detection applications, from architecture and data prep to model deployment.
- Design and optimize real-time software components for high-performance machine vision tasks.
- Test, evaluate, and ensure the reliability of AI systems that meet industrial-grade standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., system architecture, mechatronics).
- Continuously evolve our internal frameworks and integrate innovative open-source and academic research.
- A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
- A PhD (finished or ongoing) or 5+ years' experience in Deep Learning and Machine Vision.
- Strong expertise in image segmentation, object recognition, and image classification.
- Fluency in Python and C++, and experience with scalable training on local/cloud infrastructures.
- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning, Robotics, Generative AI, or Explainable AI.
- Passionate about applying AI to real-world industrial and logistics challenges.
- A strong communicator and networker with a global mindset.
- Structured, results-driven, and proactive with a hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English.
