Identify and size the highest-impact opportunities across the member journey-with a focus on acquisition, activation, and retention.
Develop and drive growth strategies that span content, touchpoints, and engagement loops-turning insights into initiatives that move key metrics.
Translate strategic goals into clear, testable, and scalable workstreams, collaborating closely with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and execute initiatives, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring organizational alignment.
Operate as the strategic engine behind execution-connecting the dots, unblocking teams, and ensuring progress through complex and fast-changing environments.

What you need to have:

3+ years of product management experience
Exceptional analytical skills-able to dig into data, spot opportunities, and translate insights into action across the member funnel.
Proven experience navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution, bringing structure to ambiguity and momentum to roadmap delivery.
Clear, persuasive communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and build buy-in across teams.
A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.

€27,403 - €43,062 a yearThis range includes base, variable and equity.These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they're outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.Our job titles may span more than one career level.
