The Scrum Leader also acts as a bridge between the team and the wider organization, driving accountability, quality, and collaboration across development and validation cycles.Acting as a servant-leader and coach, the Scrum Leader supports the team in meeting commitments, resolving impediments, and continuously improving processes.   • Ensure test backlogs are well-defined, refined, and prioritized based on business and engineering value;
  • Proactively remove blockers to test execution or delivery, including issues involving test environments, tooling, or dependencies;
  • Interface with development, DevOps, and release teams to ensure aligned and reliable test readiness;
  • Collaborate with the Test Architect to co-define team OKRs that reflect both management direction and testing priorities;
  • Monitor and report on key team metrics such as test coverage, automation ratios, defect trends, and test cycle efficiency;
  • Foster an environment of team work, collaboration and continuous improvement and ownership.
We are looking for someone with…
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or team lead in embedded or system-level testing environments;
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like Jira, X-ray, Confluence and CI/CD pipelines;
  • Fluent English (mandatory);
  • Excellent people leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
