📑 Work with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs)
🔍 Review and manage cases where passenger rights may not have been respected
📬 Handle communications with NEBs in different countries
🛫 Ensure transport operators follow passenger rights regulations
⚖️ Help resolve legal matters before they go to court

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken
✔️ Good English skills (B2 level)
🧠 Attention to detail
📎 Organized and reliable
💬 Strong written communication skills
🤝 Comfortable working with legal and government bodies
🌍 International mindset and teamwork skills
