We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Expert to join our team, working alongside the SI. The role will focus on validating and remediating configurations in S4 to ensure functionality parity with the ECC environment. The position will also involve leading testing phases, defect management, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for key users and the Change Management team.Key Responsibilities:Validate and remediate SAP payroll configuration in the S4 environment, ensuring parity with the ECC environment.Lead first cycles of SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).Manage defect identification and resolution through all test phases.Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customer key users and Change Management team (documentation creation is not required).Collaborate closely with the SI team to ensure smooth execution of payroll configurations and testing.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven expertise in SAP Payroll configuration and implementation.Strong experience in S4/HANA and ECC environments.Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, particularly SIT and UAT.Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and collaboration.Prior experience working in a cross-functional team, preferably in SAP projects.
