- Maintain and build strong relationships with key accounts;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication;
- Track customer requests, ensuring prompt resolution and collaborate with other teams to solve any customer questions;
- Monitor service performance of AC Backoffice against agreed targets and coordinate corrective actions with accounting operational team, if necessary, to achieve target & quality commitments;
- Accurate and timely accounting service, by processing transactions in line with the company regulations and guidelines;
- Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts;
- Perform Month End Closure activities;
- Consolidation and Financial Reporting Activities.
- University degree in a Financial Area;
- Fluent knowledge of English language, written and spoken (mandatory);
- Proficient in MSOffice;
- Experience with SAP;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation, and professional ethics;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus;
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly;
- Capability to work both in a team and independently.
