David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Hebrew speaking Web Product Implementation Specialist for their Lisbon office.Position: Web Product Implementation SpecialistLocation: Lisbon, PortugalEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat and video conferences
Perform and verify the implementation of web based products with customers
Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products
Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Hebrew, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Previous experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage
Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent communication skills
Resourceful personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
