As a Sales Agent, your mission is to drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences and strengthening client relationships. You will:
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
- Build strong connections via outbound calls and video meetings
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts based on realistic expectations
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity-based KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders with precision
- Collaborate with other departments to support customer and partner success
- Native or fluent Danish speaker
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus
