- ✔️ Good English skills (B2 level)
- 📅 6+ months experience in customer service (required)
- 🧳 Experience in tourism/travel = big plus
- 🗣️ Great communication, empathy & teamwork
- 💻 Knowledge of GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) = advantage
