- Creation of service contracts in the system
- Activation, adjustments and deactivation of contracts in the system
- Monthly invoicing to the end customers
- Working with internal Schmitz Cargobull Systems to provide support internally and externally (SAP, CRM, Enterprise)
- Processing support tickets
- Close cooperation with Service Sales Managers, Accounting team and the team in the headquarters
- Experience in working with SAP ERP, MS Office
- Minimum one year of experience in similar roles
- English language required, any additional foreign language is an advantage (especially German)
