Responsabilities:
  • Creation of service contracts in the system
  • Activation, adjustments and deactivation of contracts in the system
  • Monthly invoicing to the end customers
  • Working with internal Schmitz Cargobull Systems to provide support internally and externally (SAP, CRM, Enterprise)
  • Processing support tickets
  • Close cooperation with Service Sales Managers, Accounting team and the team in the headquarters
