
Customer & Technical Support Specialist (Italian-speaking) – Diabetes Medical Equipment

- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices and accessories.
- Assist customers with product usage through multichannel support (calls, email, chat and SMS).
- Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
- Apply active listening and empathy in sensitive situations.
- Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
- Are fluent, verbal and written in Italian+ Fluent in English.
- Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.
- High problem solving and priority skills.
- Detail oriented and organisation skills.
- Stress management.
- Good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.
- Active listening and empathy to solve client´s issues.
- Background or knowledge in healthcare, diabetes devices or technical support is a plus.
- Full-time with indefinite contracts (negotiable depending on your experience and our client's needs)
