100%LisbonWhat you're going to doFor our continuously growing subsidiary Adnovum Portugal in Lisbon, we are currently recruiting Professional Software Engineers. As Professional Software Engineer, your role will be to help us build tailored software solutions for customers with very demanding requirements. In your daily work, you will:

Develop effective solutions for complex business problems in various industries
Integrate new components and technologies into existing software systems and architectures
Work on all layers of the software stack (web and mobile UI, business layer, database)
Create automated tests and perform bug fixes
Collaborate with other Adnovum employees in cross-functional teams to achieve goals
Mentor junior colleagues

What we're looking for

A university degree in Computer Science or a related field
A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience developing Java applications (Java EE or Spring / Spring Boot a plus)
Working knowledge of web development with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Knowledge of database/SQL development
Good communication skills in English
Interest towards back-end development and DevOps practices is highly appreciated
