We are looking for a Solar PV Senior Team Leader for one of the most relevant companies in the energy sector. O que terás de fazer- Manage all processes and tasks related with the Solar PV offering from the company- Perform audits and visits to the Solar PV installations, made by the company contracted installers.- Manage Suppliers, namely to evaluate performance and quality, installations schedulings, control the suppliers KPIs, assign them site repairs and validate the monthly invoices.- Provide technical support, to the Sales and Customer Support teams, either internal or external, related with Solar PV product offering.- Study and analyze Solar PV related products and services, namely Solar Panels and inverters.External partners management- Evaluation of EV Charger stations compliance and quality;- Monitoring and evaluation of customers projects;- Management of product stock and ordering;- Partners KPI evaluation;- Periodic meetings with partners.- Provide the third level support to Customer Suppor teams or directly to the end-user;- Technical training to the Customer Support teams (internal and external);- Manage warranties and assign to partners any request for local assistance or repair.- Create and send to customers, detailed and customized pro-posals - either for solar installations or any other new product;- Provide technical support to the Sales Teams or, directly to the customers, with advanced technical questions;- Technical training for the Sales Teams (internal and external).- Evaluation of EV Charger stations compliance and quality;- Monitoring and evaluation of customers projects;- Management of product stock and ordering;- Partners KPI evaluation;- Periodic meetings with partners.- Solar PV Onsite evaluation- Make periodic onsite visits to Solar PV installations, to evaluate the installation quality and compliance with the security policies.O que deves garantir- Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related areas;- Experience designing, installing or maintaining PV installations.- Good leadership skillsO que te proporcionamos- Integration in an innovative and high-investment project;- Project development with international relevance;- Health Insurance;- Annual bonus.Onde vais trabalhar Vila Real (Vila Real)
