Körber AG is the holding company of the Körber GroupYour role in our teamWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Contract Maintenance Manager to lead a technical team responsible for the daily maintenance operations of automated storage and retrieval systems at our customer site. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring service excellence, while maintaining strong client relationshipsMain responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians on-site.
Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and retrofit maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
Act as the primary interface with the customer regarding service performance, escalations, and improvement actions.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and maintenance dashboards, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
Drive cost control and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
Manage technical documentation and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Support the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and methods.
Participate in planning activities, resource allocation, and spare parts management.
Travel occasionally to other customer sites, suppliers, or internal company locations as required.

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
6 to 9 years of experience in industrial maintenance or project management.
Proven experience in team leadership within an industrial or technical environment.
Fluent in English - both spoken and written (mandatory).
Solid technical background, including:

Electrical / Mechanical diagram interpretation.
Maintenance of lifting and handling equipment.
Knowledge of safety regulations (individual and collective protection).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness and availability to travel when required.
Availabilty to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with dashboard/KPI reporting and maintenance metrics.
Familiarity with RCM & OEE.
Prior involvement in cost optimization and service contract execution.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
