
Contract Maintenance Manager

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians on-site.
- Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and retrofit maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
- Act as the primary interface with the customer regarding service performance, escalations, and improvement actions.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and maintenance dashboards, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive cost control and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and methods.
- Participate in planning activities, resource allocation, and spare parts management.
- Travel occasionally to other customer sites, suppliers, or internal company locations as required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in industrial maintenance or project management.
- Proven experience in team leadership within an industrial or technical environment.
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Solid technical background, including:
- Electrical / Mechanical diagram interpretation.
- Maintenance of lifting and handling equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations (individual and collective protection).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness and availability to travel when required.
- Availabilty to travel
- Experience with dashboard/KPI reporting and maintenance metrics.
- Familiarity with RCM & OEE.
- Prior involvement in cost optimization and service contract execution.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
