Contact third parties abroad by telephone and/or e-mail in order to verify their payment information.
Manage incoming calls and emails
Treat all data with extreme confidentiality
Meet and exceed contractual goals

Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:

Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
Love to identify the customers' needs and propose fast solutions
