- You manage and negotiate existing and newly acquired accounts for cross- and up-selling
- You develop and maintain relationships with B2B corporate accounts and are responsible for a significant portfolio of new customers
- You contribute to revenue growth to meet business plan targets
- You analyze existing customers to offer SIXT products that fit their needs
- You are the mobility expert and consultant for our corporate customers
- You continuously improve existing sales process and find ways to optimize everyday routines
- Experience You hold a university degree or have relevant professional experience in sales or account management
- Sales Expertise You are passionate about sales, thrive on challenges, and have a proven ability to persuade and achieve targets
- Communication You are confident and structured in your communication, particularly over the phone, and can clearly convey value to potential clients
- Analytical Skills You have strong analytical thinking, allowing you to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems under pressure
- Tools & Systems You are proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems—ideally Salesforce
- Language You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills; proficiency in French is a strong plus
