- Monitor KPIs to track the performance and effectiveness of the after-sales service.
- Ensure the profitability of the after-sales service business by managing costs and optimizing resources.
- Act as the captain and coach of the team, fostering continuous improvement, growth, and professionalism in line with Nilfisk's philosophy.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent customer experience.
- Conduct interviews and analyze candidates for the service team, facilitated by human resources, ensuring their proper onboarding, training, and adaptation to the position.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team of technicians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced skills in data analytics.
- Qualification in Engineering or a related field, with experience in industrial machinery.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service delivery.
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
- Experience with ServiceMax or other CRM tools is valuable.
- User-level knowledge of SAP is valuable.
