Job DescriptionWe are looking for native level DUTCH speakers with a good command of English who would like to work in an international environment from the comfort of their own home. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is offered as a permanent work from home job anywhere in Portugal!As a Customer Advisor you will represent a very well known webshop where you assist your customers from Belgium and the Netherlands via phone, email and live chat. Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions, troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns and providing information about product availability will be part of your daily tasks and responsibilities.We are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DUTCHGood command in EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service or sales role desiredComputer literateAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and developGood internet connection and home office facilitiesThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests. Working hrs 40 hrs p/week (5 days of 8 hrs) rotational between the operational hrs: 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 07:00am to 11:00pm.
