- As Maintenance & Reliability Team Lead, you lead the maintenance and reliability teams to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems, driving operational efficiency and reducing downtime. You implement strategies to improve asset reliability, focusing on predictive maintenance and long-term equipment integrity.
- You lead a team to execute maintenance activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- You develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and integrity of equipment and assets.
- You conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- You coordinate with various departments to address maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- You develop and maintain maintenance schedules and records to track the status of equipment and assets.
- You provide technical support and guidance to the team to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
- You participate in risk assessments and incident investigations to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- You continuously improve maintenance practices and procedures to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance plan implementation in relevant companies specially for FPSOs
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (multi-discipline team)
- At least 2 years â Offshore experience as maintenance superintendent/ supervisor supervising and executing maintenance offshore.
- Previous experience in reliability team, participating in RCFA, failure modes.
- Experience in delivery of financial targets, budgets and proposals.
- Experience of interfacing with Clients, Classification Societies and 3rd Party Service Providers.
