  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, payment methods and shipping with professionalism and empathy
  • Handle customer emails and provide clear and supportive communication
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by offering high-quality service
Requirements:
  • Native level of French
  • Passion for the beauty and make-up industry, studies or experience in the field is a plus
  • Motivation to take on a new challenge and relocate abroad
  • Interest in travel, cultural exchange and teamwork
  • Reliability, adaptability and flawless communication skills
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal required
Offer: Working conditions
  • Temporary contract of 10 months
  • Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 8 am and 7 pm
Compensation and benefits
  • 850 € gross per month paid 14 times per year
  • Monthly performance bonus up to 100 €
  • Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
