Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers professionallyManage incoming calls, emails, and correspondenceMaintain reception area and office tidy and organizedPrepare and organize documents, reports, and presentationsSupport the Projects team with administrative tasks and project logisticsManage office supplies and coordinate ordersAssist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsProvide general office support and backup for other administrative rolesRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience in reception or administrative roles is a plus (not mandatory)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Fluent in English (spoken and written)Reliable, punctual, proactive, and able to manage prioritiesTeam player with a positive and service-oriented attitudeExperience in multicultural/international environments is a plusWhat we offer:
