- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
- Develop and manage ABM-focused campaigns, tailoring messages and targeting strategies to specific high-value accounts
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Data Studio, and platform-specific dashboards to meet and exceed KPIs
- Propose and run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results
- Conduct keyword research to inform campaign targeting and ad structure
- Optimize web content and landing pages for SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
- Support SEO specialists to ensure strategic synergy between organic and paid efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to keep campaigns ahead of the curve
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for paid campaigns and media outlets, aligning content and targeting strategies with market trends
- Create and present clear, data-backed performance reports to stakeholders
- Prepare clear, data-backed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders regularly
- 2-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (especially Google, LinkedIn, and Meta)
- Experience running or supporting ABM campaigns in a B2B environment
- Good knowledge of SEO principles and how they can enhance paid media strategies
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data reporting tools
- A strategic mindset paired with analytical rigor and testing discipline
- Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and report confidently on ROI
- Excellent English skills – spoken and written
- Experience with remarketing strategies and dynamic ads
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM platforms)
