Job Flexibility: HybridJob Description:Continental's digital capabilities are expanding, and their IT Competence Center for Sales, Logistics, and Finance is the digital backbone of the company's Tire business. They are looking for someone to join their team and drive innovation with the latest technological solutions.As part of the team, you will:Design the architecture of Central Purchasing Solutions (strategy, roadmap, and implementation).Orchestrate and integrate all components for the Central Purchasing Solutions in line with the overall IT strategy.Lead technical integration scenarios for Purchasing Architecture, including Master Data Integration, SAP R/3 and S/4 Backend integration.Provide cloud solution integration support and ensure interoperability.Manage the sizing of Core Purchasing Applications with high availability and zero unplanned downtime.Lead the continuous improvement of existing technologies to ensure they are "state of the industry."Oversee the technical maintenance of global Purchasing applications, including SAP Portal, SAP SRM, SAP S/4.Ensure IT security, IT compliance, and Enterprise Architecture Management principles are followed.Coordinate with technical teams and SAP system experts globally.Lead the safeguarding measures and monitor system operation and interfaces.Your Profile:University degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.Several years of relevant experience in IT (SAP and/or Non-SAP applications).Experience in IT projects (agile and waterfall methodologies).In-depth knowledge of Source to Pay processes and solutions.Experience with SAP SRM / MM.Familiarity with leading Purchasing Suite providers (a plus).IT Service Management experience (a plus).Proficient English (written and spoken).Interest in new technologies and digitalization.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work with globally distributed teams.Self-motivated, responsible, and customer service-oriented.Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).Our Offer:Integration into a challenging international work environment.Flexible working model.Agile and collaborative working style.Continuous talent development and training opportunities.Personalized development planning (e.g., mentoring, training, or global internal Software Academy).Work with an international team across 3 locations.Opportunity to make an impact.We are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.
