Your mission will be to lead the IT division in delivering secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that empower the business. This role demands a visionary mindset, technical depth, and a hands-on leadership style to drive innovation and excellence across all IT operations.Main Responsibilities

Define and implement the internal IT strategy in alignment with the company’s overall direction.
Manage internal systems, networks, hardware, and cloud environments to ensure performance and reliability.
Continuously improve IT processes to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.
Lead IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and that data protection regulations are followed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT supports business needs effectively.
Lead and develop the IT team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Oversee vendor relationships and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Respond quickly to IT incidents to minimise business disruption.
Plan for future scalability and ensure the IT infrastructure evolves with the organisation’s growth.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Extensive experience in IT leadership roles within complex environments.
Deep technical expertise in enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and IT operations.
Strong understanding of data protection regulations, including GDPR.
Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects.
Inspirational leadership style with a focus on team empowerment and development.
Experience in policy creation and process standardization.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with IT governance models and digital transformation frameworks.
