We are currently looking for Danish-speaking customer service agents for an international company - The job can be carried out REMOTELY from Lisbon, Porto, or the Algarve region, or from the office in Lisbon.About the companyThe company has been named the best company to work for in Portugal seven times. Provide customer support to clients (via phone, email, and chat).
Communicate clearly and carefully with all customers.
Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Create opportunities and value for employees, clients, customers, communities, and shareholders.
Assist customers with completing orders on the website.

About you

You are fluent in Danish and have a good knowledge of English.
You have strong communication skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
You can stay calm and keep an overview in busy situations.
You are open and positive.
