As a member of the CS Content Production team, you will be responsible for creating and editing written materials that will be used in customer-facing and agent-facing materials such as our Help and Contact Centre, help videos, help pages, chatbot, chat texts and standard texts for the Brazilian market. Our goal is to constantly strive for improvement, so you should be self-motivated, analytical and ready to take a deep-dive into our content to find not only quick wins, but long-lasting change.In this role, you will be collaborating with multiple teams in the company on a regular basis. The successful candidate will also become the PT-BR representative of the team across the business and be responsible for any Brazilian-facing information that comes our way. We expect our CS Copywriter to be organised, driven, easy-going and able to fit within our international team immediately.QualificationsKey responsibilitiesPlan clear, complete and accurate content to be displayed to customers across our three PT-BR facing labels Betboo, Party Poker and, most importantly, Sportingbet;Create and revise content based on product updates and feedback;Proactively seek information about upcoming changes and developments within the business or the marketplace;Apply and maintain consistency with content standards;Collaborate with Customer Operations, Product Management, Legal, Risk and Marketing departments;Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with teams to deadlines and manage scheduling project implementation based on workload;Collaborate for a wide range of materials that may includes everything from help content to video graphics;Proof-read/re-design/paraphrase content drafted by other teams;Perform regular audits of Standard Texts/Help Pages/Chat responses/FAQs to ensure adherence to current practices and regulations.Additional InformationEssential:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience;Experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or sports betting industry;Native proficiency in Brazilian-Portuguese and fluency in English; any other languages are a plus, particularly LATAM Spanish and Portuguese.Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to produce grammatically correct and error-free content;Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines;Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;Competencies/BehavioursA sense of achievement and personal driveWork well within a teamProactive attitude to tasksIndependent problem solvingStrong communicationAbility to relax and have fun, when necessaryAt Entain, we do what's right.
