The contract will be signed directly with the Portuguese employer..About the RoleWe are seeking Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialists to support users of a major international payment solutions provider. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multicultural team and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Location: Remote (must be based in Portugal or relocating)Start Dates: September 4th or 25thSalary: €1,000 gross base + €100 gross skill bonus (for 12 months)Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working dayContract: 6 monthsSchedule: Rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 08:00–19:00, occasional extension to 21:00), 2 days off/weekResponsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and social media
Assist with account setup, transactions, and product-related questions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality
Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and processes
What We’re Looking For:
Native-level Italian (C2) and fluent English (B2)
Previous experience in customer care or call centre environments (preferred)
Strong digital skills and ability to adapt to new tools
Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (€280/month incl. utilities, deducted from salary)
Flight reimbursement up to €400 (after completing 6 months)
