- Resolve a wide range of customer queries via chat, call, or email, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Take full ownership of customer issues, including complex and sensitive cases.
- Support fraud investigations, handle disputes (including chargebacks), and manage complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and support vulnerable customers, escalating cases when necessary.
- Coach and support teammates through knowledge sharing and feedback.
- Adapt quickly to evolving tools, systems, and business needs.
- Native level of English
- Previous experience in Customer Service or within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors in Ireland.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a clear, customer-first approach.
- Independent decision-making with the ability to resolve complex cases fairly.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Team player with a values-driven and risk-aware mindset.
- Quick to learn new tools and processes; experience with Slack and GSuite is a plus.
