Location: Lisbon, PortugalRole: English Customer Advisor – Digital BankingSalary: 1,766 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accommodation (so no monthly cost for rent, utility bills etc). Package without accommodation is 2,012 euro gross p/m. Average monthly bonusses is around 300 EUR.Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday from 00:00 to 24:00.About the roleJoin a fast-growing digital banking project that's redefining the way people manage their money. As an English Customer Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless support to customers via chat, phone, or email. From fraud resolution to account queries, you’ll be empowered to handle complex issues end-to-end while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Resolve a wide range of customer queries via chat, call, or email, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Take full ownership of customer issues, including complex and sensitive cases.
Support fraud investigations, handle disputes (including chargebacks), and manage complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Identify and support vulnerable customers, escalating cases when necessary.
Coach and support teammates through knowledge sharing and feedback.
Adapt quickly to evolving tools, systems, and business needs.What We’re Looking For:Native level of English
Previous experience in Customer Service or within the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors in Ireland.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and a clear, customer-first approach.
Independent decision-making with the ability to resolve complex cases fairly.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Team player with a values-driven and risk-aware mindset.
Quick to learn new tools and processes; experience with Slack and GSuite is a plus.Our Offer:Above-average salary package
