Join a team of 1,000+ disruptors worldwide who believe in making entrepreneurship accessible to all.What You'll Be DoingAs a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of our brand for our Italian-speaking customers, supporting them with empathy, precision, and a can-do attitude.Your daily mission:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, you'll be a true omni-channel hero.
- Assist merchants with everything from technical setup to payment issues and product navigation.
- Collaborate with teams like Sales, Marketing, and Tech Support to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
- Help improve our internal processes, tools, and workflows to boost merchant satisfaction and retention.
- Fluent in Italian and comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written).
- Tech-savvy, you're quick with a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Experienced in Customer Support or Contact Centers (preferred, but not essential).
- Patient, positive, and always ready to helpeven when things get hectic.
- Curious, resourceful, and persistent, you love solving problems.
- Organized and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Salary: 1,000 EUR /month (x14 months)
- Skill adder Bonus: up to 100 EUR /month (x12 times)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR net per working day
- Totaling 1,434.56 EUR gross per month (12 times)

- Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday
- Occasional late shift until 21:00 (rare, based on client needs)
- 2 days off per week, scheduled on a rotating basis
