- Assisting partners and the sales team in the sales related processes, enabling more focus on growth driving activities and increasing their knowledge and skills
- Training and enabling both the revenue organization and our partner network to ensure they are equipped to be successful in selling, our processes and tools
- Ensure efficiency and streamlining the lead-to-cash process and tools
- In the role you will lead a global team of individuals and be part of the Revenue Operations management team. It is a change to develop and execute best in class processes, tech stack and programs to a dynamic and fast moving organization
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within sales, operations, or other sales support functions
- Proven track record in managing and leading teams effectively
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, as well as proficiency in sales technology and CRM software
- Strong working knowledge and utilization of Salesforce CRM
- Experience in sales enablement and training, ensuring the success and development of team members
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and handle competing work demands efficiently
- High attention to detail and active listening skills
- A collaborative team player who recognizes the importance of a well-functioning organization
- Highly proficient and competent user in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, MS Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset and the ability to work with complex information or data and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
