Job DescriptionAre you ready to work from your home office in PORTUGAL? We are looking for fluent Japanese speakers with a good command of English who would like to work on a contract basis in an international environment but from the comfort of their home. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner.As an Online Retail Support Advisor you will represent an online fashion store and help your customers from Italy via phone and email. Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions, troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns and providing information about fashion products will be part of your daily tasks and responsibilities.We are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in JAPANESEGood command in EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service or sales roleComputer literateAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and developThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests.
