📞💬📧 Support customers by phone, email, and chat
❓ Answer questions about bookings, sales, and complaints
🔐 Handle sensitive cases with care and professionalism
📝 Create, change, or cancel flight reservations
🎫 Support ticket operations: issue, modify, cancel
⏱️ Share accurate info in real-time to help customers decide
😀 Deliver positive, memorable service
👂 Listen actively and give personalized solutions

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken
✔️ Good English or French skills (B2 level)
📅 6+ months experience in customer service (required)
🧳 Experience in tourism/travel = big plus
🗣️ Great communication, empathy & teamwork
💻 Knowledge of GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) = advantage
⏰ Flexibility to work in shifts
