These contact centre tools are typically cloud-based, third party provided applications. Apply now!Join us as a CX IT Implementation Specialist!Assist with requirements gathering and solution processes.Apply customer-first approach and maintain close relationships with the internal client.Validate technical feasibility and efficiency of suggested solutions.Ensure that all implementations are in line with applicable (security) policies and standards.Document all requirements and technical details of the solution implemented.Adopt parts of either Software Development Life Cycle or Agile methodologies.Ensure that deadlines and SLA's are met - both on individual and team level.Design, perform and document unit testing and assist with peer reviews.Assist support teams and investigate incidents in the production environment as required.Assist support teams in planning & executing service impacting maintenance /version upgrades/ migrations.Actively look for improvement opportunities & communicate these to team members and management.What's in it for YOU!Career opportunities - growth within the company, both horizontal and vertical.Personal and professional development: conferences, training, and coaching on the job.Winning atmosphere & supportive team - we strive for collaborative, informal vibes with a focus on getting things done.Opportunity to be innovative and pitch your own ideas.Freedom in execution and forming of the organization.Multicultural communication and best practice sharing.Education budget set in each department.Personalised development plan.Remote or hybrid work model available.What we are looking for:High School or Technical High School Diploma.A degree in Computer Science from University or College is a real plus.Specific training and/or work experience in Python, Golang, MySQL, T-SQL or C++.Work experience with contact centre technologies: dialers, ACD systems is a plus.Work experience with and sound understanding of relational databases (MS SQL preferred).Web Application Development experience with ASP, .NET framework.Basic understanding of segmented networks.Work experience in a policy and process controlled enterprise IT environment.Microsoft/Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)/ITIL Certification is a plus.English verbal and written: C1.Additional Language skills: Spanish, Portuguese - B1 or higher would be an advantage.Please include a CV in English.Closing date for applications is Friday 15th August 2025What Life at Transcom is like!
