- Manage SuccessFactors Platform including daily operations, performance, and reliability;
- Support SF Module owners (e.g., EC, PMGM, Compensation, Learning) and drive enhancements, ensure governance;
- Oversee SF Tenants: Handle provisioning, system refreshes, tenant copies, and release management;
- Coordinate with Providers: Act as main contact for SAP and external service partners.
- Ensure Data Integration: Collaborate with Master Data and Integration teams for seamless processes;
- Lead Projects: Drive module rollouts and platform improvements with internal and external stakeholders;
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor feedback, implement updates, and ensure platform alignment with business needs.
- Academic degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or related field;
- 3 years of experience in IT service management, HRIS systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors suite. Knowledge or experience in application integration is an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of integrated global IT landscapes;
- Advanced knowledge of cloud solutions and platforms (SaaS, cloud computing, system integration);
- Project management skills;
