Collaboration & Partnership: You build positive relationships to win the trust of our collaborators through respectful, agile, accountable behavior when interacting with colleagues, customers, partners and Siemens Energy local and global communities
Process Ownership & Leadership: You take ownership of projects, you will be responsible for initiating, managing, and completing complex projects to ensure that the AS organization can consistently operate at the highest possible level. It is your responsibility to identify, enable, operate and maintain tools and processes to allow the ASCs to do so.
Critical issues & Proactive Operational Improvement: With your shown experience, you actively support the Head of Accounting Services in continuously improving the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
You understand project dynamics, know how to manage partners and are aware that time sensitivity matters.
You will work closely together with Function Leads globally to develop operational skills and ensure AS' tools and processes are optimized for day-to-day operational accounting.
Operational improvement: Contributing and engaging in standardizing and automating our workflows, accounting processes and our cross-functional processes throughout accounting and related teams.

What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
Track record of efficiently implemented process improvement projects
Extensive process and project management tool and technique knowledge
Very good understanding of (operational) accounting processes, project management qualification is a plus
You are open and communicative in nature as well as proficient English skills complete your profile
