Join a global team supporting one of the world’s leading digital audio streaming platforms. You will play a key role in helping advertisers manage and optimize their ad campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience for both new and returning users.Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support to advertisers using a self-service ad platform
Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone
Deliver professional, clear, and personalized assistance
Use critical thinking to craft tailored responses and supplement with templated replies when needed
Identify sales opportunities and provide basic consultative support or escalate to the sales team
Your Profile;
Fluency in French (C2) and good command of English (B2 or higher)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Fast learner with a proactive mindset
Interest in advertising, marketing, or digital platforms is a plus
Working Hours:
40 hours/week
Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00
8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break
Rotational shift schedule
Compensation:Option 1 – With Company-Provided Accommodation:
Base salary: €768.00
Apartment benefit-in-kind: €200.00
Christmas allowance: €64.00
Holiday allowance: €64.00
Meal allowance: €154.00
Total Package Compensation: €1,250.00/month
Total Gross Monthly Cash Compensation: €1,050.00/month
Option 2 – Without Accommodation:
Base salary: €988.00
Christmas allowance: €82.33
Holiday allowance: €82.33
Meal allowance: €154.00
Total Package Compensation: €1,306.66/month
Total Gross Monthly Cash Compensation: €1,306.66/month
