- Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
- Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing effective solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout every interaction.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable tone in all communications, fostering trust and positive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with team members and management to optimize workflows and deliver a superior customer experience.
- Identify common customer challenges, provide actionable feedback on recurring issues, and proactively suggest areas for improvement in processes or policies.
- Are fluent in European Portuguese (written and spoken) and have a strong command of English for internal communication.
- Have experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
- Are passionate about travel and hospitality, with an understanding of the needs and expectations of travelers.
- Are skilled at interpreting and applying company policies, procedures, and service guidelines to assist customers effectively.
- Can work independently, make sound decisions, and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and can deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
